Tatika's policy is to hold any personal information which is given to us in the course of doing business in strictest confidence, not allowing it to be used by any other group or person.
Returns:
Tatika's policy is to allow authorized returns of items purchased for a refund of purchase price,
and if collected, tax.
To obtain authorization you must mail your request to Tatika via U.S. mail or email using the contact us button.
Once receiving your RMA, You have (15) fifteen days from the shipping date to complete the return of merchandise.
Shipping must be prepaid and no refund of shipping charges will be made.
The exception of this policy is for CD's and Videos, unless they are defective.
Cd's and Videos will be replaced if defective and the defect is not caused by attempting to copy.
