We will gladly accept returns on unaltered costumes, scarves and other clothing accessories, provided the Blue Tag is still attached as shipped,with a credit or refund of the item price. (sorry, shipping fees are not refundable.)
Altered costumes are not returnable. Once a costume has been altered from it original state, it cannot e restocked for sale. It does not matter who made the alterations.
Items purchased through our layaway program are not returnable unless you meet the requirements listed under our layaway policy.
1. email for an authorization number.
2. Return the item in its original condition with its original receipt.
3. We highly recommend insuring the package you send. You are responsible for the merchandise until it reaches our company.
